SHIPPING POLICY

Paid orders are shipped out daily Monday - Saturday excluding ALL major holidays. Please allow up to 24-48 Hours for processing .We offer USPS Priority mail- 1-3 Business days for shipping.FED-EX Next Day -Next Business day. please allow 24Hrs To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure you address is fully entered and correct.    If there are issues with verifying your address we will contact you and try to resolve issues. If unable to get in contact with you, your order will be canceled and money will be refunded.

 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you MUST contact the United States Postal Service directly. We are not responsible for packages once we ship them out.

You will receive your order 3- business days from the date it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                LOCAL PICKUP: ENVYY  BOUTIQUE DOES OFFER LOCAL PICK-UP IF YOU ARE IN THE CHICAGO AREA PLEASE SELECT THE LOCAL PICK UP OPTION AT CHECK OUT PAGE ..THE PICK UP ADDRESS WILL BE GIVEN AT THE CHECKOUT PAGE. PICK-UP HOURS ARE BETWEEN THE HOURS 12:30  - 6:30 PM ..THERE WILL BE A CONFIRMATION SENT OUT FOR PICK UP TIME ,UPON PICK -UP  A CONFIRMATION NUMBER -AND ORDER NUMBER WILL NEED TO BE CONFIRMED AT PICK -UP LOCATION ANYTIME OUSIDE OF THE DESIGNATED TIMES WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR NEXT DAY PICK -UP --NO EXCEPTIONS.
